A NOTE TO OUR ADVERTISERS
We are blessed having so many advertisers that support our bulletin and help with cost of our weekly bulletins.
Our bulletins are published out of state. In reflecting on how we can best fit our church’s needs, we plan to print the bulletin in house beginning fall of 2011. This will alleviate concerns with production deadline changes, weather related delays, delivery issues, etc.
The Ad Sales team for the publisher company has been contacting many advertisers for renewal of Ads in our bulletins. As you consider your renewal for the Ads, you might want to keep in mind our plans to discontinue servicing with them at the end of our contracted date (October 15, 2011).
Though, this is more than one year away, keep in mind than in order to cancel, you must inform the publishing company in writing and at least 6 months prior to the renewal contract date. Otherwise, they auto-renew your account. Call us at the Parish Center if you have any questions at 785-565-5000.
